Business across the City have decorated their window for the festive period. Explore the City and spot some wonderful displays in shops including:
L&S Lifestyle, The Candle Tree, Idun Spirit, Bizarre, Sugar Celebrations, Gloucester Antiques Centre, West 78, Longfield Care, Mark Blake, Beatrix Potter Museum, Fringe Benfits, Topolys and Waterstones.
Gloucester BID will be judging the 5 best dressed windows, which are your favourites?
ELMBRIDGE WARD WINDOW TRAIL
This trail included some wonderful windows by the following local businesses CMG properties, Methodist Church, Kings Hairdresser, Into Play, Eighteen Salon & Barber, and some exciting creations by local residents on the following roads: Cheltenham Rd, Haven Court, Armscroft Road, Sisson Rd, Coltman Close, Swallow Park, Meadowleaze, Coronation Grove, Lonsdale Rd, Elmbridge Rd.
RUNAWAY REINDEERS
Twelve Runaway Reindeers painted by local artists, have escaped around Gloucester city centre! Can you help Gloucester BID find them?
Maps were available at the Museum of Gloucester so you could explore Gloucester to find the missing reindeers.
Painted by local artists, each of the reindeers has a letter on its front. If you wrote down the letter you see, on your printed map, you could discover special words you could send in to enter the Reindeer competition. If you found all twelve reindeers and the special words you could have been in with a chance of winning a £500 Gloucester gift card!
UPTON ST LEONARDS ADVENT WINDOWS
The PTA at Upton St Leonards organised a wonderful Advent Window Trail in 2021. Their maps were available from the local post office or from the schools PTA website. Maps cost £5 and all proceeds went to Upton St Leonards School.
